摘  要:基于不同发展阶段的系统结构、主体行为和价值生成方式,从复杂网络视角构建创新生态系统知识转移模型,运用数值仿真对其各发展阶段进行演化分析,探索知识转移绩效的影响因素。研究发现:在环境特征因素中,知识利用率、知识生产率、信任程度与整体知识水平正相关但变化规律不尽相同,认知水平与整体知识水平的收敛速度正相关、与最终收敛的整体知识水平负相关;在初创期,主体间知识距离与知识转移绩效存在倒U型关系,结构锁定和知识趋同将导致系统发展停滞;进入成长期以后,主体应根据系统发展的阶段性特征以及各种情境因素选择合作策略以更好地实现知识转移与价值创造。Based on the system structure,subject behaviors and value generation methods of different development period constructs knowledge transfer model of innovation ecosystem from the perspective of complex network,this paper uses numerical simulation to analyze the evolution of the system and explores the influencing factors of knowledge transfer performance.The study found that among the environmental characteristic factors,knowledge utilization rate,knowledge productivity and trust are positively correlated with the overall knowledge level but the change laws are different,while cognitive level is positively correlated with the convergence rate of the overall knowledge level and negatively correlated with the overall knowledge level of the final convergence.In the initial period,the relationship of knowledge distance between subjects and performance of system knowledge transfer is inverted U-shaped type,structural locking and knowledge convergence will lead to the stagnation of system development.After entering the growth period,the subject should choose the cooperation strategy according to the periodic characteristics of the system development and various situational factors so as to better realize the knowledge transfer and value creation.
