摘　　要：警察亚文化作为一种副文化,在警队中具有很强的影响力。它是警察自我身份认同和社会认同的基础,对此,我们必须正视警察亚文化的存在和力量,把握其对警察队伍建设的影响,理解、引导和改造警察亚文化,使之成为推进警察队伍建设的积极力量。As a kind of sub-culture,police subculture has a strong existence and influence in the police force.It is the basis of police self-identity and social identity.Therefore,we must face up to the existence and strength of police subculture,grasp its influence on police team building,understand,guide and transform police subculture,and make it a positive force to promote police team building.
