摘  要:在CPE/ACR复合增韧硬质PVC配方的基础上,引入聚烯炷弹性体(POE)对PVC复合材料进一步增韧改性。研究了不同POE含量对复合材料冲击强度、拉伸强度等力学性能的影响;用差示扫描量热法和热重法分析了复合材料的热力学性能,并用扫描电镜观察了复合材料的冲击断面形貌。最后,对管材性能进行了验证。结果表明:POE在复合材料中具有良好的分散性;随着配方中POE含量的增加,冲击强度逐渐增加;当POE含量达到10份时,冲击强度提高93.7%。POE的引入有助于进一步改善CaCO_(3)填料的分散性,管材性能符合实际要求。Based on the formulation of CPE/ACR toughened rigid PVC,polyolefin elastomer(POE)was introduced to further toughen and modify PVC composites.The effects of difierent POE content on the impact strength and tensile strength of the composites were investigated.The thermodynamic properties of the composites were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetry(TG),and the impact section morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Finally,the pipe performance was verified.The results indicated that the impact strength increased gradually with the increase of POE content in the formula.When the POE content reached 10 phr,the impact strength increased by 93.7%.The introduction of POE helped to improve the dispersion of CaCO_(3) filler,and the pipe performance met the actual requirements.
