摘　　要：根据“两征两训”模式下院校集约化、高效化和规模化培养初级战斗员的实际需求,提出了以能力为导向的天波雷达测报课程教学改革.首先分析了天波雷达测报课程教学现状;然后从教学目标、教学内容、教学训练模式和考核标准四个方面提出了该课程教学改革方法;最后教学实践验证了理论方法的可行性,为“两征两训”模式下深入实施天波雷达测报课程教学奠定了理论基础.According to the actual needs of intensive,efficient and large-scale training of junior combatants in military academies under the two-recruitment two-training mode,this article proposes the teaching reform of the ability-oriented Sky-wave Radar Measure and Report course.The article first analyzes the teaching status of the course,and then puts forward the teaching reform method from the four aspects:teaching objective,teaching content,mode of teaching and training and assessment criterion.Finally,teaching practice verifies the feasibility of the theoretical method,which lays a theoretical foundation for the in-depth implementation of the teaching of Sky-wave Radar Measure and Reportunder the two-recruiting two-training mode.
