摘  要:为了提高便携式超声波流量计在非标准安装条件下的在线校准能力,该文以管径为DN100的U型双弯头、S型双弯头、异面双弯头、单弯头为研究对象,利用实流实验方法研究多种弯头形式对便携式超声波流量计测量性能的影响规律。结果表明:采用V声道测量的便携式超声波流量计测量结果均为负偏;测量位置在0~5D范围内,弯头形式对便携式超声流量计在相同测量位置处测量误差影响显著,单弯头下游的测量误差最大;间距L≥5D的双弯头等效与单弯头;测量位置在5D~10D范围内,测量误差重复性均满足1级表要求;换能器安装角度在±10°范围内变化时,误差偏移量均在±1%以内。In order to improve the on-line calibration ability of portable ultrasonic flowmeter under non-standard installation conditions,this paper takes U-shaped double elbow,S-shaped double elbow,opposite double elbow and single elbow with pipe diameter of DN100 as the research object,and uses the real flow experimental method to study the influence of various elbow forms on the measurement performance of portable ultrasonic flowmeter.The results show that the measurement results of portable ultrasonic flowmeter measured by V-channel are negative bias;The measurement position is in the range of 0~5D,the elbow form has a significant impact on the measurement error of portable ultrasonic flowmeter at the same measurement position,and the measurement error downstream of a single elbow is the largest;Double elbow with spacing is L≥5D equivalent to single elbow;The measurement position is in the range of 5D~10D,and the repeatability of measurement error meets the requirements of level 1 table;When the transducer installation angle changes within±10°,the error offset is within±1%.
