摘  要:海洋油气田中控系统是海洋石油平台的核心设备,因其处于海洋这一特殊的工作环境,对它的稳定性及安全性都有着非常高的要求。先前,我国海洋油气田的中控系统主要以引进国外系统为主。近些年,随着国产系统日渐成熟及我国国产化改革的发展,国产中控系统已逐步应用到海洋石油平台。该文以目前在海上应用经验较多的和利时和浙江中控为例,分析了国产中控系统在海洋油气田的应用情况,并讨论了它和国外系统相比所具有的优越性及需要改进的地方。经过分析,国产中控系统总体满足海上平台的规范要求,参数性能方面可以满足海洋油气田中控系统应用要求。相信,随着国产品牌技术实力的不断提升及我国国产化战略的大力发展,越来越多的国产系统将会应用到海洋油气田中控系统。The central control system of offshore oil and gas field is the core equipment of offshore oil platform.Because it is in the special working environment of the ocean,it has very high requirements for its stability and safety.Previously,the central control system of China’s offshore oil and gas fields mainly introduced foreign systems.In recent years,with the increasing maturity of domestic systems and the development of localization reform in China,domestic central control systems have been gradually applied to offshore oil platforms.Taking Hollysys and Zhejiang central control,which have more experience in offshore application,as examples,this paper analyzes the application of domestic central control system in offshore oil and gas fields,and discusses its advantages and improvements compared with foreign systems.After analysis,the domestic central control system generally meets the specification requirements of offshore platforms,and the parameter performance can meet the application requirements of central control system in offshore oil and gas fields.It is believed that with the continuous improvement of the technical strength of domestic brands and the vigorous development of China’s localization strategy,more and more domestic systems will be applied to the central control system of offshore oil and gas fields.
