东塘子铅锌矿矿柱回采方案研究及应用

摘　　要：随着矿产资源的不断开采,东塘子铅锌矿地下开采存在大量形状不规则的采空区,且随着深部矿体的进一步回采,采空区面积不断扩大,导致矿柱回采面临极大的困难。针对此类复杂条件下的矿柱回采,基于三维激光空区扫描,对不同类型矿柱提出不同的矿柱回采方案:采用上向进路充填采矿法回采厚度小于6 m的水平矿柱;采用上向平行中深孔采矿法回采厚度6~8 m的水平矿柱;采用上向扇形中深孔采矿法回采厚度大于8 m的水平矿柱。现场试验表明,所提方案能有效解决东塘子铅锌矿矿柱回采面临的问题,共采出矿量73 783.4 t,利润约为5121.31万元,为矿山创造了一定的经济价值,保障了矿山的可持续发展。With the continuous exploitation of mineral resources, there are a large number of irregular goafs in underground mining of Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine, and with the further mining of deep ore bodies, the goaf area is expanding, resulting in great difficulties in pillar mining. In view of such complex conditions, different pillar recovery schemes were proposed for different types of pillars based on three-dimensional laser scanning. The upward filling mining method was used to stope the horizontal pillar with the thickness of less than 6 m, the upward parallel medium-length hole mining method was used to stope the horizontal pillar with the thickness of 6~8 m, and the upward fan-shaped medium-length hole mining method was used to stope the horizontal pillar with the thickness of more than 8 m. The test results show that the proposed scheme can effectively solve the problems faced by the pillar mining of Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine. The total mining capacity is 73 783.4 t, and the profit is about 51.2131 million RMB. The scheme can creates certain economic value for the mine.
