摘　　要：按照中国国家铁路集团有限公司工电部提出的铁路通信网安全防护“整合、集中、防护”的分步实施策略,基于铁路通信网络的特点及安全风险,结合铁路数据通信网安全专项整治工作,提出网络安全工作思路,并通过网络安全关键技术的梳理,研究提出建设铁路通信网络安全管理中心的必要性和部署策略。According to the step-by-step implementation strategy of“integration,centralization and protection”for the railway communication network security proposed by the Department of Track,Communication&Signaling and Power Supply of China State Railway Group Co Ltd,the paper builds on the characteristics and risks of the communication network.With the results of the overhaul campaign of railway data communication network security,the paper proposes the thoughts for network security,sorts out the key technologies,and explains the necessity and deployment strategy of the building of a railway communication network security management center.
