摘 要:为了提升防撞杆材料研发效率,降低防撞杆碰撞性能评估成本,提出采用虚拟模型预测与台车冲击实验两种方式对防撞杆碰撞性能进行预测及评估。通过研究多款车型车门防撞杆的防撞杆变形过程、吸能量、相对位移等获得等效台车冲击实验中的防撞杆约束方法、壁障尺寸、冲击能量等,进而获得等效台车冲击实验防撞杆碰撞性能评价标准。虚拟模型系统通过对材料进行力学性能开发获得精准的仿真卡片,搭建等效台车冲击防撞杆仿真模型,进而对防撞杆碰撞性能进行预测;以等效工况边界对防撞杆进行台车冲击实验,通过防撞杆的相对位移量、是否断裂等对防撞杆性能进行直接评估。以某热成型钢材防撞杆为例,虚拟模型预测与台车冲击实验结果均表明此热成型材料防撞杆满足碰撞性能要求。In order to improve the research and development efficiency of the materials used in the side impact bar and reduce the evaluation cost of the collision performance of the side impact bar,virtual model prediction and trolley impact experiment were proposed to predict and evaluate the collision performance of the side impact bar.By studying the deformation process,energy absorption and relative displacement of the side impact bar of various vehicle models,the restraint method,barrier size and impact energy of the side impact bar in the equivalent trolley impact experiment were obtained,and then the evaluation standard of the collision performance of the side impact bar in the equivalent trolley impact experiment was put forward.The virtual model system obtained accurate simulation cards by developing the mechanical properties of materials.The simulation model of equivalent trolley impacting the side impact bar was built,and then the collision performance of the side impact bar was predicted.The trolley impact test was carried out on the side impact bar at the boundary of equivalent working conditions,and the performance of the side impact bar was directly evaluated by the relative displacement and fracture of the side impact bar.Taking a hot-formed steel side impact bar as an example,the virtual model prediction and trolley impact test results show that the hot-formed material side impact bar meets the requirements of collision performance.
