摘  要:提出一种新型的基于DC/DC变换器的数字峰值电流控制策略,解决模拟电路中峰值电流控制存在的固有次谐波问题。以Boost升压DC/DC变换器为基础,分析了DC/DC变换器的Boost升压工作原理和峰值电流控制原理,对模拟电路峰值电流控制中存在的谐波进行分析,证明了峰值电流控制在占空比大于50%时存在的固有次谐波缺陷。针对该缺陷,提出了一种基于数字PI调节器实现峰值电流控制的控制策略,并通过使用Simulink仿真,搭建了内环基于PI调节器的峰值电流控制,外环电压环的双环控制模型,通过仿真结果显示,控制过程中在占空比大于50%时,电流能迅速达到稳定,且超调小于15%,未出现震荡现象,证明该数字峰值电流控制策略可靠有效。A novel digital peak current control strategy based on DC/DC converter was proposed to solve the inherent subharmonic problem of peak current control in analog circuit.Based on the boost Boost boost DC/DC converter,the Boost boost working principle and peak current control principle of DC/DC converter were analyzed.The harmonics existing in the peak current control of analog circuit were analyzed.It was proved that the peak current control had inherent subharmonic defects when the duty cycle was greater than 50%.In view of the defect,a control strategy of peak current control based on digital PI regulator was proposed.Through Simulink simulation,a double loop control model of peak current control based on PI regulator in inner loop and voltage loop in outer loop was built.The simulation results show that when the duty cycle is greater than 50%,the current can quickly reach stability,and the overshoot is less than 15%,without oscillation.It is proved that the digital peak current control strategy is reliable and effective.
