摘  要:采用PCMS III调试管理软件,将海上油气田工程项目调试工作全流程各个环节的管理要素和内容纳入该管理系统。首次在国内海洋工程项目陵水17-2中使用调试软件系统,实现了包括系统子系统划分管理、机械完工管理、预调试调试管理、尾项管理、系统移交管理等在内的各管理环节。通过应用,在陵水17-2项目中实现了全流程数字化“子系统完工-预调试-调试”管理。结果表明使用调试管理系统,结合采用机械完工管理,为项目的系统完工移交,提高了效率,缩短了项目周期,在陵水17-2项目中取得了很好的应用效果,优化了调试过程管理流程,节省了大量的人力投入。The PCMS III commissioning management software is adopted to incorporate the management elements and contents of all aspects of the whole process of offshore oil and gas field project commissioning into the management system.For the first time,the commissioning software system was used in the domestic marine engineering project Lingshui 17-2,which realized various management links including system subsystem division management,mechanical completion management,pre-commissioning and commissioning management,punch management,system handover management,etc.Through application,the whole process of digitalization"subsystem completion-precommissioning-commissioning"management was realized in the Lingshui 17-2 project.The results show that the use of the commissioning management system,combined with the use of mechanical completion management,for the completion and handover of the project system,improve the efficiency,shorten the project cycle,achieve a good application effect in the Lingshui 17-2 project,optimize the debugging process management process,save a lot of manpower investment.
