摘 要:随着市场对智能教育玩具需求的不断增加,行业竞争也越来越激烈。采取提高生产效率、降低生产成本的措施来提高产品竞争力、增加市场份额尤为重要。目前,W公司在生产P型玩具时现场存在着各种资源浪费、生产线效率低下、作业分配不均衡等问题。针对W公司存在的问题,首先通过分析生产线的现状和收集生产现场的相关数据,结合玩具的结构特点,应用数学规划法构建了以最小化生产线节拍为目标的混合整数规划模型,然后运用ILOG OPL软件对模型进行编程求解,实现对P型玩具生产线的平衡优化。实验结果显示:P型玩具生产线的平衡优化效果显著提高,生产线节拍减少23.81%,平衡率由69.45%提高至91.16%,生产线平滑系数减少74.63%,实现了生产线平衡率的提高和作业的均衡分配。With the increasing demand for intelligent educational toys in the market,the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,it is particularly important to take measures to improve production efficiency and reduce productioncosts to improve product competitiveness and increase market share.At present,W company has many problems in the production of P-type toys,such as waste of resources,low efficiency of production line,unbalanced distribution and so on.In view of the problems existing in W company,firstly,by analyzing the current situation of the production line and collecting the relevant data on the production site,the structural characteristics of toys were combined,and a mixed integer programming modelaiming at minimizing the beat of the production line was constructed by using the mathematical programming method.And then the model was programmed and solved by ILOG OPL software to realize the balance and optimization of P-type toy production line.The experimental results show that the balance optimization effect of the P-type toy production line is significantly improved.The cycle time is reduced by 23.81%,the balance rate is increased from 69.45%to 91.16%and the smooth coefficient of the production line is reduced by 74.63%,and achieves the improvement of the balance rate of the production line and the balanced distribution of operations.
