摘 要:针对电梯行业内还没有专门用于电梯能量回馈装置试验的设备,开发了一种电梯能量回馈装置试验平台。该试验平台通过采用直流电源、三相交流电源和交流电子负载,模拟电梯能量回馈装置的运行工况,采用单向功率计采集回馈装置的输入功率,电能质量分析仪采集回馈装置输出三相电的有效功率和的电能质量,实现电梯能量回馈装置性能指标、保护功能的试验。详细介绍了试验平台的结构、原理和技术方案,对直流电源、三相交流电源、交流电子负载、单相功率计、电能质量分析仪的选取进行了详细地分析和介绍。采用试验平台完成了2台回馈装置的试验,试验结果表明,试验平台可以完成电梯能量回馈装置的所有试验内容。试验平台的开发让试验人员在实验室内电梯能量回馈装置完成所有的试验项目,解决了部分检不了和检不准的项目,提高了试验质量和效率,对电梯节能发展具有非常重要的促进作用。In view of the elevator industry,there is no special test equipment for the energy feedback device of lifts.An test platform for energy feedback device of lifts was developed.The test platform by using DC power supply,three-phase AC power supply and AC electronic load,simulated the working status of the energy feedback device of lifts,using the input power of the unidirectional power meter to collect feedback device,power quality analyzer to collect feedback device output three-phase electric power and the power quality effectively,realized the performance and protection function test of energy feedback device of lifts.The structure,principle and technical scheme of the test platform in detail were introduced,the selection of DC power supply,three-phase AC power supply,AC electronic load,single-phase power meter and power quality analyzer were analyzed and introduced in detail.Two energy feedback devices of lifts were tested on the test platform.The test results show that the test platform can complete all the test contents of theenergy feedback device of lifts.The development of the test platform allows the testers to complete all the test items in the energy feedback device of lifts in the laboratory,which solves some items that cannot be checked or cannot be checked,and improves the test quality and efficiency,and plays a very important role in promoting the development of elevator energy conservation.
