摘  要:拖体导流外壳是拖体组成部分之一,直接影响到拖体的水动力特性和防护性能。为了实现拖体导流外壳制作技术的创新与进步,改变玻璃钢手工糊制拖体导流外壳制作的落后方式,研究了大量3D打印的相关技术、设计制作流程及使用案例,并应用3D打印技术进行了拖体导流外壳制作。根据某项目的实际使用需求在短时间应用光固化成型的3D打印技术和PA12尼龙材料制作一套拖体导流外壳并进行了实际应用,取得了理想效果。结果表明此套3D打印而成的导流外壳完全满足了拖体导流外壳的使用需求,并且相较于传统的玻璃钢工艺,3D打印技术大幅度缩短了生产周期,降低了成本,还表现出加工精度高、适合复杂外形设计的优点,表明3D打印在拖体导流壳设计与应用中具有广阔的开发前景。As one of the components of the towed body,the dome directly affects the hydrodynamic characteristics and protection performance of the towed body.In order to realize the innovation and progress of the production technology of the towed body dome and change the backward way of the production of the towed body dome made by hand-pasting FRP,a large number of related technologies,design and production processes and use cases of 3D printing were studied,and the towed body dome was made by using 3D printing technology.According to the actual demand of a project,a set of towed body dome was made by using stereo lithography appearance and PA12 nylon material in a short time,and the ideal effect was obtained by practical application.The results show that this set of 3D printed dome can fully meet the use requirements of the towed body dome,and compared with the traditional FRP process,3D printing technology can greatly shorten the production cycle,reduce the cost,and also shows the advantages of high processing accuracy,suitable for complex shape design.Therefore,3D printing has a broad development prospect in the design and application of tow body dome.
