摘  要:目前市场微型步进电机摩擦齿轮组弹圈组装的压入方法以人工手动压入为主,存在作业效率低下,产品品质不稳定(齿轮压伤、摩擦扭力不在规格范围内)等问题。为了解决这一难题,设计了微型步进电机摩擦齿轮组弹圈自动压入设备。通过结合现阶段工业自动化技术,采用气动冲压气缸自动冲压弹圈,研究微型步进电机摩擦齿轮组弹圈的自动压入的方法。保证了摩擦齿轮组自动上料精度、弹圈移送时的位置精度,独特的取料机构及专用弹圈冲压治具的设计,实现了微型步进电机摩擦齿轮组弹圈自动压入。与人工手动压入相比较,降低了齿轮压伤和摩擦扭力不良率,同时实现多机种不同摩擦扭力规格机台共用,提升了生产效率,减少企业运营成本,提升摩擦齿轮组弹圈压入的品质。At present,the pressing method of spring ring assembly of friction gear set of micro stepping motor in the market is mainly manual pressing,which has the problems of low operation efficiency and unstable product quality(gear crushing and friction torque are not within the specification range).In order to solve this problem,an automatic spring ring pressing equipment for friction gear set of micro stepping motor was designed.Combined with the current industrial automation technology,the automatic pressing method of elastic ring of friction gear set of micro stepping motor was studied by using pneumatic stamping cylinder to press the elastic ring automatically.It ensured the automatic feeding accuracy of the friction gear set and the position accuracy of the elastic ring during transfer.The design of the unique reclaiming mechanism and the special elastic ring stamping fixture realized the automatic pressing of the elastic ring of the friction gear set of the micro stepping motor.Compared with manual pressing,it reduces the gear crushing and poor friction torque rate,and realizes the sharing of machines with different friction torque specifications of multiple machines,which improves the production efficiency,reduces the enterprise operation cost and improves the quality of elastic ring pressing of friction gear set.
