摘　　要：在注塑或挤出成型等制程上需要多种原料按重量比例做精确混合的场合,称重拌料机遇到回收料或是片料时,通常无法处理。拌料机普通计量阀不能处理回收料、片料等流动性差的物料,以及当计量的组分比例过小时,例如比例低于0.5%,会导致计量精度差。同时搅拌结构设计不合理,也会造成混合不均匀,从而出现产品色差等缺陷,达不到客户的生产要求。为解决以上问题,通过分析不同物料特性,根据其流动性的不同,设计出不同计量阀与下料口来解决物料在下料时的架桥问题;采用高速气缸来提高计量速度,以保证在计量时遇到组分差值小时仍能够快速补料;并设计出葫芦型搅拌桶结构,防止一些物料堆叠产生静电,影响搅拌均匀度。实验结果表明采用此设计计量精度最高可达0.1%,均匀度指标CV=4.1%,小于5%,可有效提高计量精度与搅拌均匀度,减少了因计量不准或是搅拌不均造成的材料浪费,节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。In the process of injection molding or extrusion molding,where a variety of raw materials need to be accurately mixed according to the weight ratio,it is usually impossible to deal with the weighing mixer when it comes to the recycled material or sheet material.In order to solve the problem that the ordinary metering valve of the mixer can not handle the materials with poor fluidity such as recycled materials and flakes,and when the proportion of the measured components is too small,for example,the proportion is less than 0.5%,the metering accuracy will be poor.At the same time,unreasonable mixing structure design will also cause uneven mixing,resulting in defects such as product color difference,which can not meet the production requirements of customers.By analyzing the characteristics of different materials and according to their different fluidity,different metering valves and blanking ports were designed to solve the bridging problem of materials during blanking.High speed cylinder was used to improve the metering speed,so as to ensure that the materials could be quickly replenished when the component difference was small.The gourd type mixing bucket structure was designed to prevent static electricity generated by stacking some materials,the mixing uniformity was affected.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy can reach 0.1%,and the uniformity index CV=4.1%,less than 5%.It can effectively improve the metering accuracy and mixing uniformity,reduce the material waste caused by inaccurate measurement or uneven mixing,save the production cost and improve the production efficiency.
