摘 要:现有的物流分拣系统均没有得到分拣标定的最短距离,导致分拣效率较差,为减少物流分拣入库的时间,基于激光扫描技术,设计物流自动分拣入库控制系统。在硬件系统中,设计数字频率合成器,保证杂波信号的完整性,设计激光器驱动电路。在软件设计中,提取激光光条中心点,得到激光扫描图像的最大灰度值;标定物流分拣最短距离,设计分拣入库作业流程,得到物流自动分拣入库控制系统。在实验中,测试四种分拣方法的算法性能与分拣时间,通过实验结果可知,激光扫描方法在单线程与多线程的性能测试中,其损失函数均小于其他方法,且经过该方法的优化后,系统订单分拣时间也高于其他方法。由此可见,该物流自动分拣入库控制系统分拣效果最好。The existing logistics sorting systems do not get the shortest distance of sorting calibration,resulting in poor sorting efficiency.In order to reduce the time of logistics sorting and warehousing,an automatic logistics sorting and warehousing control system is designed based on laser scanning technology.In the hardware system,the digital frequency synthesizer is designed to ensure the integrity of clutter signal,and the laser driving circuit is designed.In the software design,the center point of the laser strip is extracted to obtain the maximum gray value of the laser scanning image;the shortest distance of logistics sorting is calibrated,the sorting and warehousing operation process is designed,and the logistics automatic sorting and warehousing control system is obtained.In the experiment,the algorithm performance and sorting time of the four sorting methods are tested.The experimental results show that the loss function of the laser scanning method is less than that of other methods in the performance test of single thread and multi thread,and after the optimization of this method,the system order sorting time is also higher than that of other methods.It can be seen that the sorting effect of the logistics automatic sorting and warehousing control system is the best.
