摘 要:现阶段我国的输变电技术已经进入了飞速发展期,作为输变电关键设备的电力变压器的容量和等级也在不断提高,随之而来的变压器的损耗也不断增加,由于变压器内部温升过高而导致电力系统出现的故障率也逐年提升。设计了带红外视窗的油浸式变压器测试系统,通过多通道光纤温度传感器和红外测温技术相结合,实时测量变压器绕组的温度特征,利用耦合法(Coupling method,CM)和三对角矩阵算法(The tridiagonal matrix algorithm,TDMA)建立了电力变压器温度场的分布模型,该模型可以准确测量变压器绕组的热点温度和位置区域,从而可以预测变压器局部热点温度与运行状况,进而减少变压器事故的发生,提高电网的安全运行。With the rapid development of China’s power transmission and transformation technology,the capacity and grade of power transformer,as the key equipment of power transmission and transformation,have been increasing and the loss of transformer is also increasing.Furthermore,the failure rate of power system caused by high temperature rise of transformer is increasing year by year.In this paper,the oil-immersed transformer test system with infrared window is designed.The temperature characteristics of transformer windings are measured in real time through the combination of multi-channel optical fiber temperature sensor and infrared temperature measurement technology.The coupling method and TDMA algorithm are used to study the distribution of temperature field of power transformer in order to predict the local hot spot temperature and operation status of transformer.The results simulated in this paper can be used to reduce the occurrence of transformer accidents and improve the safe operation of power grid.
