摘  要:准谐振技术在AC/DC电源中已广泛使用,这种技术能显著提高电源转换效率,PFM+PWM工作模式及“跳周期”功能使电源在不同功率输出的情况下都可获得较高的整机效率。提出了将该技术运用到低电压输入输出DC/DC电源上的方法,通过一系列优化,运用NCP1207芯片实现了超过80%的超高转换效率。准谐振反激拓扑对比推挽拓扑和传统单端反激拓扑,转换效率有明显的优势,而且结构简单,设计的计算理论值更接近实际调试结果。Quasi-resonant technology has been widely used in AC/DC power supplies.This technology can significantly improve the power conversion efficiency.The PFM+PWM working mode and"period skipping"function is used to enable the power supply to obtain better results under different power output conditions.High overall efficiency.A method for applying this technology is proposed to low-voltage input and output DC/DC power supplies.Through a series of optimizations,the NCP1207 chip has been used to achieve a conversion efficiency of more than 80%.Compared with push-pull topology and traditional single-ended flyback topology,the quasi-resonant flyback topology has obvious advantages in conversion efficiency,simple structure,and the theoretical value of design calculation is closer to the actual debugging result.
