摘 要:现阶段国内住区绿化水平的评判仅限于绿地率、人均绿地面积等二维平面指标,缺乏立体化的衡量,使得住区绿化规划不能更好地满足居民的使用需求。日本青木阳提出的绿视率是从人的视角出发来衡量绿视环境质量的量化指标,拓宽了住区绿地空间品质的研究视角。以北京百万庄小区为例,调取街景图像利用语义分割得出道路空间绿视率,以此来分析小区绿化存在的问题及影响因素,从而提出优化住区绿化品质的策略,为改善住区景观环境提供新思路。At the present,the evaluation of the greening level of domestic residential areas is limited to two-dimensional plane indicators such as green space rate and per capita green space area,and there is a lack of three-dimensional consideration,so that residential greening planning can not meet the needs of residents.The green view index put forward by Aoki Yang is a quantitative index to evaluate the environmental quality of green vision from the perspective of resident,which broadens the research perspective of the quality of green space in residential areas.Taking Baiwanzhuang Community in Beijing as an example,this paper obtains the green view index of street space by semantic segmentation of street view image,analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of community greening,and puts forward the strategies to optimize the greening quality of residential area,so as to provide new ideas for improving the landscape environment of residential area.
