摘  要:足踝矫形手术器械属于外科医疗器械,具有种类型号多、质量要求高和操作精度高等特点。由于我国足踝外科发展较晚,在器械设计方面仍存在许多问题。基于人因工程学理论,运用层次分析法系统性地构建器械适用性的评价指标体系,再以目前市场上所使用的某套足踝矫形器械为研究对象,运用模糊综合评价法对其进行评价,得出该器械整体评分为3.8905,评价等级为满意,并基于各指标评分对器械设计提出合理化建议,以作为足踝矫形手术器械在人因工程学方面改进设计的参考,提高器械适用性。Orthopedic instruments for foot and ankle belong to surgical medical instruments,which have the characteristics of many types and models,high quality requirement and high operating precision.Due to backward development of foot and ankle surgery in my country,there are still many problems in their design.Based on the theory of human factors engineering,the analytic hierarchy process is used to systematically establish an evaluation index system for device applicability in the paper.Then taking a set of foot and ankle orthopedic equipment currently used as the research object,it is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The score of the equipment is 3.8905,and the evaluation grade is satisfactory.And based on the scores of various indicators,reasonable suggestions for the design of the equipment are put forward,so as to serve as a reference for improving the design of orthopedic instruments for foot and ankle in human factors engineering and improve the applicability of the instruments.
