摘  要:管道套管带压焊修复缺陷技术因不停运输、污染小而具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。内壁的温度与烧穿有关,粗晶区的焊接热循环参数T_(8/5)和T_(H)是影响焊接质量的重要参数。建立了X80管道带压焊有限元模型,考察了带压焊接时管道壁厚、管径及介质内压等参数对热循环曲线的影响,数值仿真结果表明:管壁越厚,T_(8/5)和T_(H)持续时间越短,冷却速度越快;不同的管径对冷却速度的影响较小;管内天然气压力越大,冷却速率越快,烧穿的可能性越小,但产生氢致裂纹的可能性越高。The technology of repairing defects by pressure welding of pipe casing has huge economic and social benefits due to non-stop transportation and low pollution.The temperature of the inner wall is related to the burn-through.The welding thermal cycle parameters T_(8/5) and T_(H) of the coarse-grained zone are the main parameters that affect the welding quality.In this paper,a finite element model of X80 pipeline pressure welding is established,and the influence of pressure welding pipeline wall thickness,pipe diameter and medium internal pressure on the thermal cycle curve is studied.The results show that the thicker the pipe wall,the greater the cooling rate.The diameter has little effect on the cooling rate,and the cooling rate increases with the increase of internal pressure.
