摘  要:HI-13串列加速器原有的辅机系统采用的是开关继电器的传统控制模式,设备老化、故障率较高,需要专人值守,运行效率低。改造升级过程中更换了老旧设备、增加了新型传感器等设备,完善了安全互锁关系,建立了基于TCP/IP协议的分布式控制系统,采用西门子1500系列PLC、Wincc上位机组态软件,结合SQL Server数据库技术,实现了与串列主控系统的互联互通。结果表明,改造升级后的辅机系统实现了无人值守功能、自动报警处置、远程监控等,运行效率大大提升,提高了安全保障水平。The original auxiliary system of HI-13 tandem accelerator adopts the traditional control mode of switch relay,with aging equipment and high failure rate,requiring special personnel to be on duty and low operation efficiency.During the transformation and upgrading process,the old equipment was replaced,with new sensors and other equipment added,the safety interlock relationship improved,and a distributed control system based on TCP/IP protocol was established.The interconnection with the serial main control system was realized by using Siemens 1500 series PLC,WinCC host computer configuration software and SQL Server database technology.The results show that the upgraded auxiliary system has realized unattended function,automatic alarm disposal,remote monitoring and so on,which greatly improved the operation efficiency and the safety guarantee level.
