摘  要:水处理滤料是滤池的关键材料,滤料级配是产品生产、滤池设计、生产运行过程中的重要指标。然而,目前水务行业对滤料级配表示方法不规范,甚至有的级配要求不切合滤料的生产实际,导致发生不必要的纠纷。在对比研究欧盟、美国及国内的教材和标准关于滤料级配表示方法内涵的基础上,提出滤料级配的两类推荐性表示方法,强调不可同时采用两类方法表示同一滤料的级配,不可片面要求均匀系数小到接近1,建议今后在国家工程建设标准体系中补充完善水处理滤料级配表示方法。The water treatment filter material is the key material of the filter,and the particle size distribution is an important indicator in the process of product production,filter design,and production operation.However,at present,it is not standardized to the representation of particle size distribution in water industry,and even some particle size distribution requirements are not in line with the actual production of filter material,resulting in unnecessary disputes.Based on the comparative study on the connotation of representation for particle size distribution in EU,US and domestic textbooks and standards,this paper proposes two types of recommended representation for particle size distribution.It is emphasized that the designer and end user must not use both methods simultaneously,and the uniformity coefficient should not be close to 1 one-sided.It is recommended to supplement and improve representation of particle size distribution in the engineering construction standard in the future.
