摘 要:立足于云南咖啡种植及初加工产业,分析了滇区咖啡初加工废水的产排污情况及水质特征,对咖啡废水净化处理及工艺选择进行了论述。结果表明,咖啡初加工废水总体为酸性高浓度有机污染废水,COD、BOD;和氨氮浓度较高、色度高且水质水量变化大。分析其水质特征后,应采用预处理-厌氧消化-好氧氧化-三级处理的净化工艺路线。同时结合工程实例,探讨了采用气浮-厌氧折流板反应器(Anaerobic baffed reactor,ABR)-二段生物接触氧化-高效混凝沉淀复合工艺处理咖啡废水的设计、调试运行效果及工程经验。工程实际运行结果表明,该复合工艺可实现咖啡废水的有效处理,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准,总体COD去除率达97%。Based on the coffee planting and primary processing industry in Yunnan province,this paper analyzes the production and discharge situation and water quality characteristics of coffee primary processing wastewater in Yunnan province,and discusses the purification treatment and process selection of coffee wastewater.The results show that the coffee primary processing wastewater is acidic and highly organic polluted wastewater,with high concentration of COD,BOD;and ammonia nitrogen,high chroma and water quality and quantity change greatly.After analyzing the characteristics of its water quality,the purification process of pretreatment-anaerobic digestion-aerobic oxidation-three stage treatment should be adopted.At the same time,combined with an engineering example,the design,commissioning effect and engineering experience of the combined process of air flotation,Anaerobic baffle reactor(ABR),two-stage biological contact oxidation and high efficiency coagulation and sedimentation for the treatment of coffee wastewater are discussed.The practical operation results show that the composite process can effectively treat coffee wastewater,the effluent can reaches the first class of Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996),and the overall COD removal rate reaches 97%,which meets the requirements of direct discharge.
