摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法结合高温烧结制备了掺杂不同Er^(3+)离子摩尔分数的石英玻璃和0.5%Er_(2)O_(3)和不同La^(3+)离子摩尔分数共掺杂的石英玻璃。通过1.5μm的荧光光谱发现,Er/Al共掺杂石英玻璃的最佳Er_(2)O_(3)掺杂摩尔分数为0.5%。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究了Al^(3+)、La^(3+)和Er^(3+)共掺杂石英玻璃的结构,并通过吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析了其光谱特性。结果表明,La_(2)O_(3)可以解聚玻璃网络,从而起到网络改性剂的作用。利用Er^(3+)掺杂玻璃的吸收光谱计算出了Judd-Ofelt参数,进而预测了La_(2)O_(3)含量的影响。随着La^(3+)离子掺杂量的增加,样品的荧光强度、荧光寿命和σ_(ems)×τ_(f)增加。这些结果表明,La/Al/Er共掺杂石英玻璃是开发光学器件潜在的有用材料。The silica glasses doped with different mole fractions of Er^(3+)and those co-doped with Er_(2)O_(3)of 0.5%and different mole fractions of La^(3+)ion were prepared by the sol-gel method combined with high temperature sintering.Using the fluorescence spectra,it was found that the optimum Er_(2)O_(3)concentration of Er/Al co-doped silica glass for realizing a 1.5μm laser is 0.5%.The structure of silica glass co-doping with Al^(3+),La^(3+)and Er^(3+)ions was determined by fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),and the spectroscopic characteristics were analyzed via the absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.The results show that La_(2)O_(3)can depolymerize the glass network and thus acts as network modifier.Judd-Ofelt parameters have been evaluated from absorption spectrum of Er^(3+)-doped glass,which are in turn used to predict the effect of La_(2)O_(3)contents.The fluorescence intensity,fluorescence lifetime and σ_(ems)×τ_(f) of samples steadily increase with increasing the doping quantity of La^(3+)ion.These results suggest that La/Al/Er co-doped silica glass is a potentially useful material for developing optical devices.
