摘　　要：在数据安全合规要求、业务要求及面临风险不断变化的背景下,构建全生命周期、多业务场景、立体化、可持续发展的数据安全防护体系,迫在眉睫。针对性总结了智慧校园数据生命周期及通用基础下各种数据安全风险,根据高校特点构建了一套立体化、系统性的智慧校园数据安全治理体系,探讨了适合智慧校园的数据安全治理措施和关键技术,以期为高校管理提供一些参考。Under the background that the requirements of data security compliance,business and risk are constantly changing,it’s urgent and necessary to construct a stereoscopic,full-life-cycle,sustainable-developed data security protection system which suits multiple business scenarios.Based on characteristics of colleges and universities,this paper makes a targeted summary to various security risks under the data life cycle and general basis,puts forwards a stereoscopic and systematic wisdom campus data security governance system,and probes into governance measures and key technologies of data security which suit wisdom campus so as to provide some references to the management of colleges and universities.
