摘  要:聚合物纤维以其优异的性能已被广泛应用于混凝土技术领域。在3D打印混凝土材料中采用聚合物纤维取代钢纤维、碳纤维等传统纤维是降低成本、改善材料性能的重要途径。从影响3D打印混凝土材料性能角度出发,对掺加聚合物纤维3D打印混凝土材料的性能和研究现状进行综述;主要从聚乙烯(PE)纤维、聚丙烯(PP)纤维、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维等聚合物纤维出发,对3D打印混凝土材料的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能等影响研究现状进行了总结,同时也对混凝土层间结合强度和各向异性进行了总结分析。提出聚合物纤维增强3D打印混凝土材料存在的问题,并对聚合物纤维在3D打印混凝土材料中的应用前景进行了展望。Polymer fiber materials have been widely used in the field of concrete technology due to their excellent properties. Using polymer fibers to replace traditional fibers such as steel fibers and carbon fibers in 3D printing concrete materials is an important way to reduce costs and improve material properties. The addition of polymer fiber reduces the fluidity of the concrete mixture, also endows it with good buildability, and also significantly enhances the flexural performance and toughness of the concrete. Adding different types of polymer fibers has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete. From the perspective of affecting the performance of 3D printing concrete materials, the performance and research status of 3D printing concrete materials mixed with polymer fibers were reviewed. Mainly from polyethylene (PE) fiber, polypropylene (PP) fiber, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber and other polymer fibers, the research status of the working performance, mechanical properties and durability of 3D printing concrete materials was summarized. At the same time, the bonding strength and anisotropy between concrete layers were summarized and analyzed. The problems of polymer fiber reinforced 3D printing concrete materials are put forward, and the development of polymer fibers in 3D printing concrete materials is prospected.
