摘  要:高纯聚丙烯酸(PAA)已在核电厂试验用于控制蒸汽发生器中腐蚀产物的沉积,但实验室研究聚丙烯酸对腐蚀产物的分散效果还鲜有报道。本文使用分光光度法研究了PAA对Fe_(3)O_(4)的分散作用及用红外光谱法研究了Fe_(3)O_(4)对PAA的吸附作用。分散试验结果表明,加入10 000 mg/kg的PAA可以提高Fe_(3)O_(4)在溶液中的分散性,而红外光谱研究表明PAA以单核单齿方式吸附在Fe_(3)O_(4)表面。PAA在Fe_(3)O_(4)表面上吸附量与溶液pH值和PAA浓度有关。Highly pure polyacrylic acid has been tested in nuclear power plants for controlling of corrosion products in steam generators, but there are few studies conducted on the effect of PAA on dispersing of corrosion products. In this paper, the effect of polyacrylic acid on dispersion of magnetite was studied by spectrophotometry and the adsorption of polyacrylic acid onto magnetite was studied by infrared spectroscopy. Dispersion test results show that PAA added at 10 000 mg/kg can improve the dispersion of magnetite in the solution. The IR study reveals that polyacrylic acid is adsorbed onto the surfaces of magnetite via monodentate mode. The amount of polyacrylic acid adsorbed onto magnetite seems to be dependent on the p H and concentration.
