摘  要:散裂中子源是由加速器产生高能质子轰击重金属靶产生高通量脉冲中子的科学装置。中国散裂中子源(China Spallation Neutron Source,CSNS)主要由加速器、靶站和中子谱仪三部分组成。净化系统作为靶站水冷系统的一个组成部分,对CSNS的安全运行起着重要作用。本文主要介绍了CSNS靶站水冷净化系统的工艺流程设计、系统重要参数的确定、系统设备选型、控制仪表和系统布置的特点以及系统各种工况下运行操作方面的设计思路。Spallation neutron sources is a scientific facility for producing high flux, pulsed neutron beams form a heavy-metal target bombarded with high energy protons from an accelerator. The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) is mainly composed of accelerator,target station and neutron instruments. The water purification system, as a part of the target station cooling system, is very important for the safe operation of the CSNS. This paper introduces the scheme design of the water purification system for the target station cooling system. This paper mainly introduces the process of the system design, the determination of the important parameters of the system, the selection of the system equipment, the characteristics of the control instrument and system arrangement, and the design ideas of the operation of the system under various working conditions. In the design, there are many considerations about the maneuverability of the system in the future and the radiat ion protection of operators and maintenance personnel. The design of the CSNS target station water purification system takes into account factors such as functionality, safety, process optimization, equipment rationalization, instrument selection in accordance with the requirements. Since 2017, the system has fully met the design requirements and is running well. It is expected this design can provide some useful reference for other similar work.
