摘  要:肾脏疾病已成为全球日益严峻的公共卫生问题,迫切需要开发针对各种肾脏相关疾病的有效治疗方法。近年来,研究者提出的肾脏类器官是研究正常和病变肾脏相关疾病的重要工具,可用于疾病模型构建、治疗药物筛选和药物肾毒性检测,甚至未来有可能完成人类肾脏移植。本文将对哺乳动物胚胎肾发育过程、肾脏类器官构建、临床应用及目前存在挑战进行综述。Kidney disease has become an increasingly serious public health hazard in the world.It is imperative to develop effective treatments for various kidney related diseases.In recent years,kidney organoid as proposed by researchers is an important tool for studying normal and pathological nephrorelated diseases.It may be applied for disease model construction,therapeutic drug screening,drug nephrotoxicity detectio,and even human kidney transplantation in the future.This review summarized the latest developments of mammalian embryonic kidney,kidney organoid construction,clinical applications and current challenges.
