摘　　要：介绍了10万t/a聚氯乙烯装置的运行情况,论述了乙炔发生、氯乙烯合成及精馏、氯乙烯聚合及聚氯乙烯干燥系统各工序的主要工艺特点、主要设备、运行情况以及存在的问题,并进行了优化。This paper introduces the operation of 100,000 t/a PVC unit,discusses the main process characteristics,main equipment,operation and existing problems of acetylene generation,vinyl chloride synthesis and rectification,vinyl chloride polymerization and PVC drying system,and optimizes them.
