摘　　要：EPVC生产过程中,粉末捕集器在PVC粗渣排放中存在冲洗水喷淋部位单一、喷淋点数少的问题,造成滤筒内部存在冲洗水喷不到的死区,结合粉末捕集器的工作模式和设备内部结构,采取了一系列技术改造措施,在PVC粗渣周围形成360°全方位喷淋效果,设备改造投入使用后效果很好。In the discharge of PVC slag,the powder catcher has the problems of single flushing water spraying location and less spraying points during EPVC production process,which cause the inner flushing water filter cartridge spray dead zone.combined with the operation mode of the dust catcher and equipment internal structure,we take a series of technical transformation measures,after that,the 360-degree spraying effect is formed around the PVC slag,and the effect is very good after the equipment is reformed and put into use.
