摘　　要：报告1例软组织透明细胞肉瘤。患者男,36岁。左小腿肿块2年。皮肤科检查:左小腿中段内侧一淡褐色肿块,境界清楚,质地硬,活动度差,轻压痛。皮损组织病理检查:表皮正常,真皮层梭形细胞浸润性生长,细胞交织状排列,梭形细胞透明,有异形性,核仁明显。免疫组化:S-100蛋白、HMB-45、Melan-A、PNL-2、Y染色体性别决定区-盒转录因子(SOX)-10及小眼畸形相关转录因子(MITF)均(+),增殖核抗原(Ki-67)(30%+),结蛋白(desmin)、CD34、上皮膜抗原(EMA)、平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)、CD31、P63、广谱细胞角蛋白(CKpan)及高分子量钙调结合蛋白(h-caldesmon)均(-)。诊断:软组织透明细胞肉瘤。A case of clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue is reported.A 36-year-old male presented with a lump on the left calf for 2 years.Dermatological examination showed a light brown lump on the inside of the middle left calf,with clear boundary,hard texture,poor mobility,and mild tenderness.Histopathological examination showed normal epidermis,infiltrative growth of spindle cells in dermis,and interwoven arrangement of cells.Transparent and heteromorphic spindle cells with ob vious nucleoli were observed.Histopathological examination showed normal epidermis,infiltrative growth of spindle cells in dermis,and interwoven arrangement of cells.Transparent and heteromorphic spindle cells with obvious nucleoli were observed.Immunohistochemical examination showed positive for S-100,HMB-45,Melan-A,PNL-2,SOX-10,and MITF,negative for desmin,CD34,EMA,SMA,CD31,P63,CKpan,and h-caldesmon.Diagnosis:clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue.
