摘　　要：探索2022年北京冬奥会在体育、经济、社会、文化、环境、城市发展等方面留下的宝贵遗产对黑龙江省发展冰雪运动的启示。黑龙江省要借助得天独厚的冰雪资源,吸收北京冬奥会的丰厚遗产,发挥龙江冰雪体育设施的长效作用;全面融合发展社会、经济和科技,形成以哈尔滨为中心的区域体育圈,培育区域性的冰雪文化氛围,维护人与自然的生态平衡;建立具有黑龙江冰雪特色的志愿者服务体系,促进黑龙江冰雪运动的高质量发展。The success of Beijing’s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games indicates that China will pay more and more attention to ice and snow sports. In addition to the event itself, the regulations of the current Winter Olympic Games will also leave a valuable legacy in sports, economy, society, culture, environment, urban development and regional and voluntary services. With the unique ice and snow resources, Heilongjiang will make great achievements in winter events. We should absorb the rich heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, give full play to the long-term role of ice and snow sports facilities in Heilongjiang, comprehensively integrate and develop society, economy and science and technology, form a regional sports circle centered on Harbin, cultivate a regional ice and snow cultural Atmosphere, maintain the ecological balance between man and nature, and establish a volunteer service system with ice and snow characteristics in Heilongjiang, Promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports in Heilongjiang.
