体教融合助力黑龙江省青少年冰雪体育发展的研究

摘　　要：深化体教融合、促进青少年健康发展,是我国“十四五”时期国家发展和体育发展的重中之重,借举办2022年北京冬奥会之势,深入挖掘黑龙江省的体育冰雪资源,充分发挥黑龙江省冰雪项目的潜力,着力培养冰雪体育后备人才,推动青少年冰雪体育发展,是提升我国冬季项目的整体水平,促进青少年冰雪体育发展,全面贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署的重要举措。通过文献法、观察法、调查法、对比法和逻辑分析法,分析黑龙江省青少年冰雪体育发展的现状,明晰黑龙江省深化体教融合、促进青少年冰雪体育发展过程中遇到的主要问题,梳理黑龙江省冰雪体育发展的对策。研究表明:加大整合力度,精准推动体教工作深度融合;充分挖掘潜力,增加冰雪场地和保障体育课时;培训引进结合,强化师资队伍建设;建立科学规范的冰雪人才培养体系,重构冰雪体育发展的人才基础等对策,能为我国冰雪体育项目提供人才支撑和组织保障,推动冰雪事业可持续的良性发展。During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, how to deepen the integration of sports and education and improve the development level of young people’s physical fitness is an extremely important event. Develop resources, give full play to the potential of winter sports, cultivate reserve talents for winter sports, and contribute to the 2022 Beijing Winter Games. It is an important decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to promote the development of youth winter sports and improve the overall level of the country. In the research process, this paper adopts the methods of literature data, observation, field investigation, comparative analysis and logical analysis. Through in-depth research and analysis on the integration and development of sports and education in our province, we find the reasons and propose solutions. The research shows that: strengthen the integration and accurately promote the in-depth integration of physical education;Fully tap the potential, increase ice and snow venues and ensure physical education class hours;Combine training with introduction and strengthen the construction of teaching staff;This paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as forming a scientific talent system and reconstructing the talent base. The countermeasures will provide a guarantee for the cultivation of ice and snow sports talents in China and promote the sustainable development of ice and snow sports.
