新时期我国高等院校公共体育冰上课教学改革探索

摘　　要：以新时期高校体育教学改革为导向,对我国高等院校冰上课教学展开改革探索。新时期国家提出了“立德树人”、身体素养培育的改革目标,为高校冰上课教学改革指明了方向,但还存在着冰上课教学环境不佳、基础素质不足、教学成效较低等问题,不仅制约了冰上教学的发展,也使教学改革的目标难以实现。提出改善教学环境、强化基础素质、优化教育过程等对策,对我国高等院校公共体育冰上教学展开改革探索,在不断提升我国高等院校冰上课教学成效的同时,更好地助力我国体育强国的建设和高等院校人才培养水平的不断提升。Guided by the reform of College Physical Education in the new era, this paper explores the reform of Ice Class Teaching in Colleges and universities in China by using literature, investigation and research. In the new era, the state has put forward the reform objectives of "Building Morality and cultivating people" and cultivating physical quality, which points out the direction for the teaching reform of ice classes in Colleges and universities.However, at present, the problems of poor teaching environment, insufficient basic quality and low teaching effect in ice teaching in Colleges and universities in China not only restrict the development of ice teaching, but also difficult to achieve the goal of teaching reform. Therefore, some countermeasures are put forward, such as improving the teaching environment, strengthening the basic quality and optimizing the educational process.
