高新科技企业价值网协同治理区块链架构模型及作用机理研究

摘　　要：文章以价值网创新战略为导向,以区块链为手段,针对现有高新科技企业价值网协同治理存在的深层次问题,设计了创新战略导向下的高新科技企业价值网协同治理“三层式区块链”架构模型,并分析了这一架构模型的作用机理;同时,还将这一架构模型用来指导衡阳市“新一代”高新科技企业价值网协同治理过程的实践,为衡阳市“新一代”高新科技企业的高质量发展提供了一条崭新途径。Guided by the value network innovation strategy,this paper takes the high-tech blockchain as a means,aiming at the deepseated problems existing in the existing high-tech enterprise value network collaborative governance structure and governance capability system,and designs an high-tech enterprise value network collaborative governance“three-layer blockchain”architecture model,analyzes the mechanism of this architecture model;At the same time,the article also guides the practice of governance process about Hengyang city’s“new generation”high-tech enterprise value network collaboration with this architecture model,and provides a new way for the high-quality development of“new generation”high-tech enterprises in Hengyang city.
