摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性、难治愈性皮肤病,易于反复发作。王玉玺教授根据多年临床经验,总结出银屑病的基本病因病机为营卫郁滞,风盛血燥。针对此病因病机,王玉玺教授运用祛风解表、活血化瘀、温阳等多种治法来祛除病因,治疗疾病。着重从“理血”角度探讨王玉玺教授论治银屑病的经验,以期从中获得新的启发。Psoriasis is a chronic,refractory skin disease,prone to recurrences.Professor Wang Yuxi,based on years of his clinical experience,sums up that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are the syndromes of stagnation of nutrient qi and defensive qi,wind excessiveness and blood dryness.Accordingly,Professor Wang Yuxi uses a variety of therapeutic methods such as dispelling pathogenic wind to relieve superficies syndromes,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and warming yang to root out the disease causes and treat it.This paper focuses on discussing Professor Wang Yuxi's experience in treating psoriasis from the perspective of“regulating blood”,in order to gain new inspirations from it.
