摘  要:目的 分析不同商品化生物监测指示剂对过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌评估的差异,探讨其应用价值。方法采用快速型生物监测法和生长型生物监测法,对某大学附属医院过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌效果进行评估,比较不同监测方法灭菌效果的差别。结果 共评估114批次的灭菌效果,对比显示,各监测法灭菌不合格检出率相同。长循环程序中4种方法灭菌不合格检出率均为0.00%,短循环程序中灭菌不合格检出率均为1.72%。结论 快速型生物监测法与可替代生长型生物监测法灭菌效果相同。Objective To analyze the difference of biological indicators used to evaluate the hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization,and explore the application value of them.Methods Rapid biological monitoring method and growth biological monitoring method were used to evaluate the sterilization effect of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization in a university affiliated hospital,and the differences of sterilization effect of different monitoring methods were compared.Results A total of 114 sterilizations were evaluated,and the detection rates of unqualified sterilization with the different monitoring methods were same.Conclusions The rapid biological indicator has the same sterilization effect as growth-type biological monitoring method.
