摘 要:电力市场交易的使得电网安全经济运行的协调难度逐步增大,为更好的应对非市场化机组调节能力不足导致无法完全消除安全越限的情况,提出了一种电网安全综合校正优化方法。首先,根据市场交易结果得到日前发电计划后,先借助静态安全距离计算模型,分析非市场化机组能否完全消除越限,由此确定安全校正机组集合;然后,以机组对越限安全距离的灵敏度系数和机组的调节能力作为消除安全越限的参考依据,考虑到不同类型机组调度原则的差异,在校正过程中修正机组对消除越限的有效程度;最后,再以调整电量最小化为目标实施各越限时段的安全校正。通过118节点算例分析表明,静态安全距离的分析能够提高安全校正的效率,验证了模型和方法的有效性。The electricity market trade makes it more difficult to coordinate the security and economic operation of the power system.A comprehensive correction optimization method for power grid security is proposed to deal with the situation that the non-marketoriented unit’s adjustment ability cannot completely eliminate the security over-limit risk. Firstly, after the day-ahead generation schedule is obtained according to the market trading results, the static security distance calculation model is used to analyze whether the non-market-oriented units can completely eliminate the over-limit risk, so as to determine the set of security correction units. Then,the unit’s sensitivity coefficient to the over-limit security distance and the unit’s adjustment ability are taken as the reference point for eliminating the security over-limit risk. The difference in scheduling principles of different types of units are considered, and the effectiveness of the unit to eliminate the over-limit risk is corrected in the correction process. Finally, the security correction of each over-limit period is implemented to minimize the amount of adjusted electricity. The analysis of 118 nodes shows that the analysis of static security distance can improve the efficiency of security correction, verifying the effectiveness of the model and method.
