摘 要:针对一起10 kV线路柱上式无功补偿装置现场运行时放电线圈烧毁的故障,经现场测试数据分析,其电压、功率因数、谐波电流、频率、闪变及三相不平衡等电能质量指标均在国标范围内,基于电气原理排除谐波电压异常原因,围绕拓扑结构进行对比发现了柱上式无功补偿装置设计不合理之处,找出了无功补偿装置发生故障的原因,并制定了相应的应对策略。无功补偿装置经整改后投入运行稳定,为类似事故的处理以及防范提供了经验。In this paper, a burning out fault of the discharge coil of a 10 kV line pole-mounted reactive power compensation device during operation is analyzed. It is found, after analysis of field test data, that the power quality indexes including voltage, power factor,harmonic current, frequency, flicker and three-phase unbalance are in compliance with the national standard. The possibility of abnormal harmonic voltages is ruled out based on electrical principles. Through comparison of topological structures, the design of the polemounted reactive power compensation device is found to be unreasonable. The cause of the fault is then determined, and corresponding measures are formulated. After the modification, the reactive power compensation device has been operating normally, thus provides experience for the treatment and prevention of similar accidents.
