摘　　要：当前日间照料中心存在服务内容供需失调、资源利用率低等问题,不能适应日益严峻的老龄化状况。文章调查了绵阳市老年人对日间照料模式的养老意愿和服务需求,采用相关分析、回归分析对养老意愿和服务内容需求度进行研究,发现有持续稳定收入、无主干家庭照料以及对日间照料了解程度高的老人选择意愿更强;高龄、失能、孤独程度严重的老人对能满足基本生活的服务需求较高;非高龄、孤独程度较轻的老人对精神层面服务有较高需求文章进一步提出了将日间照料中心依据不同服务对象进行分类的建议。At present,day care centers have problems such as imbalanced supply and demand of service content and low resource utilization,and cannot adapt to the increasingly severe aging situation.This paper investigates the elderly people’s willingness and service demand for day care mode in Mianyang city,and uses correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the willingness to support and the demand for service content.Elderly people with a high degree of caring knowledge have a stronger choice of choice;elderly people with advanced age,disability,and severe loneliness have a higher demand for services that can meet the basic needs of life;non-elderly elderly people with a low degree of loneliness have a higher demand for services at the spiritual level.The article further puts forward suggestions for classifying day care centers according to different service objects.
