摘　　要：目的对流感样病例咽拭子标本中检出的1型人单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)进行流行病学特征分析。方法采集流感样病例咽拭子标本,运用荧光定量PCR方法进行HSV检测,并选择阳性标本进行测序。结果538份流感样病例咽拭子标本中检出4份HSV阳性,阳性率为0.74%。其中3份标本呈现多病原混合感染。通过测序发现,阳性标本1~4的CT值分别为34.46、31.08、31.64、30.05,选取CT值较低的标本2、3、4进行测序分析,并进行比对,3份标本与HSV-1型参考株(JQ 320080)的同源性均高于99%。结论需要增加监测项目的类型,加强人群HSV监测,以早期发现、早期诊断HSV,减少因感染HSV而导致的严重病毒性脑炎、病毒性肺炎的治疗费用。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)detected from throat swabs for influenza-like cases.Methods Pharyngeal swabs of influenza-like cases were collected,HSV was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the positive samples were chosen for sequencing.Results Four HSV positive samples out of 538 influenza-like cases with the positive rate of 0.74%were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR in throat swabs.Three samples showed mixed infection with multiple pathogens.CT value of positive samples thorough from sample 1 to sample 4 was 34.46,31.08,31.64 and 30.05,respectively,sample 2,sample 3 and sample 4 with lower CT values were selected for sequencing analysis and comparison,and the homology of 3 samples with HSV-1 type(JQ 320080)was higher than 99%by sequencing.Conclusion It is necessary to increase the types of monitored items and strengthen the monitoring of HSV in the population to detect and diagnose HSV early and reduce the treatment cost of severe viral encephalitis and viral pneumonia caused by HSV infection.
