摘　　要：目的掌握2016—2020年张家港市各级医疗机构的消毒卫生状况,及时发现、改进存在的问题和隐患,以提高消毒质量。方法根据《医院消毒卫生标准》等标准和规范,对张家港市各级医疗机构消毒质量进行现场随机抽样和检测。结果2016—2020年张家港市各级医疗机构共采集样本5840份,合格样本5513份,总合格率为94.40%。各年合格率分别为94.94%、93.90%、94.35%、92.77%、96.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.22,P<0.01)。各项目合格率依次为:物体表面99.36%,医务人员手87.62%,使用中消毒液100.00%,胃肠镜93.24%,灭菌器械98.50%,紫外线灯96.69%,压力蒸汽灭菌包99.50%,处理后污水59.73%,室内空气97.66%,透析用水95.79%。公立医院合格率为96.20%,私营医院合格率为94.13%。结论2016—2020年张家港市各级医疗机构消毒合格率总体良好,但医院处理后污水、医务人员手及紫外线灯等环节薄弱,仍需加强监督管理。Objective To grasp the disinfection status of medical institutions at all levels in Zhangjiagang from 2016 to 2020,timely find and improve the existing problems and hidden dangers,and thereby improve the quality of disinfection.Methods The disinfection quality of medical and health institutions at all levels in Zhangjiagang was randomly sampled and tested on the spot according to Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals as well as other standards and norms.Results In the 5840 samples collected from medical institutions at all levels in Zhangjiagang from 2016 to 2020,5513 samples were found to be passed with an overall pass percent of 94.40%.The pass percent in different years was 94.94%,93.90%,94.35%,92.77%and 96.26%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.22,P<0.01).The pass percents of projects were shown as 99.36%for object surface,87.62%for medical workers′hands,100.00%for disinfectant,93.24%for gastrointestinal endoscope,98.50%for sterilization instruments&apparatuses,96.69%for ultraviolet lamps,99.50%for pressure steam disinfection,59.73%for the treated sewage,97.66%for indoor air and 95.79%for dialysis fluid.The pass percent of public medical hospitals for disinfection was 96.20%,and that of private medical hospitals was 94.13%.Conclusion The pass percent of disinfection in medical institutions at all levels in Zhangjiagang from 2016 to 2020 is satisfactory.Whereas the linke the treated sewage,medical workers′hands and ultraviolet lamps are poor,and the supervision and management remain being tightened.
