摘　　要：当今,全球已经进入数字化时代,人工智能、大数据、区块链等新兴技术发展迅猛,作为协调各国工业产权文献与信息的出版、加工、数据交换及利用的世界知识产权组织(WIPO)工业产权信息与文献标准,必然需要因势利导,做出适应时代发展的革新。本文就世界知识产权组织近年来为适应数字化时代对工业产权信息与文献标准所做出的修改及其修改动机进行梳理与介绍,并对WIPO标准应当如何更好地服务工业产权工作进行阐述。Today,when the world is stepping into a digital age,the emerging technologies,such as AI,blockchain,big data,are developing rapidly.The industrial property information and document standards of WIPO,as the coordinator of the publication,processing,data exchange and utilization of industrial property documents and information in different countries,must follow the trend of development in digital age and reform themselves,so as to keep pace with this new era.This article introduces the reform and its motive of WIPO standards in the past years to adapt to the digital age,and elaborates on how WIPO standards could play a better role in serving the world’s industrial property system.
