大型箱梁预制场标准化生产管理模式探讨

摘　　要：预制箱梁具有可批量生产、标准化程度高、质量控制好、施工进度快、施工成本低、结构性能优越等优点。本文以实体工程为背景,探讨了大型箱梁预制场标准化生产管理模式,通过优化场地布置、模板周转利用、资源配置及箱梁生产周期等总结了标准的生产管理模式,并梳理了采用该模式时的相关注意事项。Precast box girder has the advantages of mass production,standardization,high-quality control,fast construction schedule,low construction cost,and superior structural performance.This paper discusses the standardization production management mode of large box girder precast yard,summarizes the standard production management mode by optimizing site,layout template turnover,resource allocation and box girder production cycle,and sorts out the relevant matters needing attention when adopting this mode.
