摘 要:目的:分析构建医院医政管理标准化体系的意义,探讨其对提高医院管理质量、服务质量的重要价值。方法:设定广西河池市第三人民医院2018年10月-2019年10月的管理信息作为对照组,2019年11月-2020年11月的管理信息作为研究组,两组分别给予常规管理模式、管理标准化模式,比较两组档案管理出错情况、医患纠纷、医患矛盾发生情况以及医院感染、患者满意度情况。结果:两组医患矛盾、医患纠纷发生率、院内感染发生率、档案管理出错率、患者满意度对比,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:医院医政管理标准化体系的构建既有利于控制院内感染的发生,减少医疗矛盾与纠纷,降低差错率,又有利于切实提高广大患者的满意度,值得大力推广。Objective:To analyze the significance of building a standardization system of hospital medical administration and explore its important value to improve the quality of management and service in hospital.Methods:The management information of Guangxi Hechi Third People s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 was set as control group,and the management information from November 2019 to November 2020 was set as research group.The two groups were given conventional management mode and standardized management mode respectively.The file management error,doctor-patient dispute,doctor-patient conflict,nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in doctor-patient contradiction,incidence of doctor-patient dispute,incidence of nosocomial infection,error rate of file management and patient satisfaction,P<0.05.Conclusion:The construction of hospital medical and political management standardization system is not only conducive to the control of nosocomial infection,reduce medical contradictions and disputes,reduce the error rate,but also conducive to the effective improvement of the satisfaction of patients,which is worth promoting.
