摘  要:目的:探析氧自由基清除剂对老年大鼠七氟醚麻醉后认知功能及海马CA3区突触素的影响。方法:将老龄雄性SD大鼠40只作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,将其分为4组(n=10),C组为参照组,Y组采用依达拉奉,S组采用七氟醚;SY组采用七氟醚+依达拉奉。对比四组Morris迷宫测试及检测海马CA3区突触表达。结果:麻醉后24 h、72h、7 d,S组、SY组的逃避潜伏期均显著延长,SY组低于S组,穿越平台及象限次数均减少(P<0.05);麻醉后24 h、72 h、7 d,S组、SY组灰度值均低于C组,S组低于SY组(P<0.05)。结论:氧自由基清除剂对七氟醚麻醉后认知功能及海马CA3区突触素具有改善效果。Objective:To explore the effect of oxygen free radical scavenger on the cognitive function and the standardization of synaptophysin in hippocampal CA3 area after sevoflurane anesthesia in aged rats.Methods:40 old male SD rats were taken as the research objects.Method:They were divided into 4 groups(n=10) by random number table method,namely group C:reference group,group Y:edaravone anesthesia,group S:sevoflurane anesthesia;SY group:sevoflurane+edaravone mixed anesthesia.Morris maze tests and detection of synaptic expression in hippocampal CA3 area in the four groups were compared.Results:24 h,72 h,7 d after anesthesia,the escape latency of S group and SY group were significantly prolonged,and the escape latency of SY group was lower than that of S group,and the number of crossing platforms and quadrants were reduced(P<0.05);24 h,72 h,7 d after anesthesia,the gray value of S group and SY group is lower than that of C group,the gray value of S group is lower than that of SY group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen free radical scavenger can improve the cognitive function and hippocampal CA3 synaptophysin after sevoflurane anesthesia.
