摘　　要：目的:探究职业性慢性苯中毒患者实施标准化护理干预对稳定心态、减轻静滴疼痛感的作用。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年10月惠州市职业病防治院收治的90例职业性慢性苯中毒患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施标准化护理,比较两组患者干预后心态情况,以及疼痛情况。结果:护理后,两组患者Mishel疾病不确定感量表评分均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者VAS评分均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理可降低职业性慢性苯中毒患者的疾病不确定感,稳定患者心态,减轻静滴疼痛感,具有较好的应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on stabilizing mentality and reducing intravenous drip pain in patients with occupational chronic benzene poisoning.Methods:90 patients with occupational chronic benzene poisoning treated in Huizhou Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45).The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received standardized nursing.The state of mind and pain of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the score of Mishel Disease Uncertainty Scale decreased in both groups,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing can reduce the uncertainty of patients with occupational chronic benzene poisoning,stabilize their mentality,and relieve their intravenous drip pain,which has good application value.
